Hi Brian, it looks similar to Franks carp rig but the difference is it's made from soft wire to prevent bite offs from big eels.

In the video they use worms and pieces of deadbaits.

Everyone knows Frank Warwick came up with this rig years ago (anchor rig) an its much simpler to tie than this

Hi Ryan, Franks rig was designed for carp fishing. This rig is tied using a soft wire to prevent the eels biting through the hook link.
