I live with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. It never goes away. I first time I was rushed to hospital I thought my heart was going to explode. Hours of testing to find out it was anxiety attack. Triggers there isn’t enough space to write it all down. Everyone handles it differently. My son smokes weed. Others drink and mix different cocktails of meds together. Staying in your head is the most dangerous place to be. This quarantine I know has to be affecting everyone with any type of mental stresses! Due to sensitivity to medication I can’t take most prescribed meds. Wish I could on very bad days. Thank you Adam

I just found this song and it speaks to me on every level. Alot of his songs I can relate too. But this one hits the nail right on the head. I struggle with anxiety panic disorder PTSD and manic depression. I take klonopin 3 times a day just to be normal and have a functional normal life along with xanax and lexapro. It's something that's not curable and you will always have it in your life no matter what. Doesn't make you a bad person it's just an invisible sickness that people can't see from the outside. Wish people understood the pain battling with your own head everyday. You can't escape yourself.

One thing is for sure. When we are young and think we know it all. Peer pressure is something. I use to think poppin pills and drinking smoking and going to clubs was my cure for my depression. Hell I even drunk lean. Until I realized I have kids that depend on me now and I have family and house hold. Left the game changed my ways but it built me into the man I am today. My dad suffers from a chemical imbalance and pops pills like candy and drinks like a horse. Hes 53 but it looks like he is 70. Depression is real. Sometimes we say fuck it and drift off with out caring. What I'm saying is you can become someone your not proud of or you can stand up be a man and fucking put your set up and go out swinging against your demons. You can beat them. Have faith. Can't never could cant never will. 💯💯💯🤜🤛

I hate it and I have found the best way to deal is to vent and listen to good, honest music like what you put out. Your music really helps me with my daily struggles, you are not alone brother. I'm just now hearing this song, but it really spoke to me. I'm a combat veteran, and I struggle with anxiety due to PTSD. The pills I was given messed me up more, though. I spent the better part of a month crying uncontrollably until my youngest son said he was worried because I cried so much, and he was 9. They took me off the meds and put me on something different but I just never took them because I wasn't going to chance it. What sucks more is that while my husband, also a combat veteran, wasn't asked to prove what happened to give him PTSD, the VA wants me to prove it. It sucks but I keep it together for my kids on a daily basis. There's enough going on with my degenerative disc disease and migraines. I just wish I wasn't so broken for their sake. Listening to your music and a few others really helps.
