​ I feel like people don't talk enough about mental health and don't take mental health to seriously they don't realize the harm in mental health they don't realize the dangers and damage it can do to a person mental health can lead to suicide and that's sad and very serious and I know some people might be embarrassed to talk about there mental health problems but I say don't be dear friends your not alone I talk about this because I myself suffer from a little bit of anxiety and depression and I tell you it's not the easiest thing to deal with especially around negativity and negative people and the judgements you get from people around you not easy so myself I truly try to avoid the negativity if possible but sometimes that's hard when you live with negativity so my suggestion is try to have a hobby of some sort or something see I do beadwork and listen to music both of these help me a very good distraction from the negativity and from the negative mind if it happens and some of the music I listen to is adam lambert for an example his voice is relaxing and soothing for me and i just love his music and love his voice and I like watching his makeup videos that too is very relaxing for me and sometimes you can get a good laugh out of some of his videos that helps it's always nice to get a good laugh when your feeling down but I also watch his makeup videos because his makeup looks are so beautiful in my opinion and a little meditation also helps or a little exercise with some good tunes also helps and just little techniques too help like giving yourself a self love hug and breathing to all the people suffering from mental health don't be embarrassed or ashamed dear friends your not alone together we are strong you are strong beautiful and unique you are enough you are worthy you are loved shine like a star 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 ❤❤❤❤

I think he looks stylish and beautiful but, I do find it interesting that a couple of people have listened to an interview mentioning mental health and feel the need to make a negative comment about someone's appearance! Really!!
