I still don’t know why they would put such an expensive prop in a bag that they knew was going to be punched. You have the establishing shot of baby Yoda in the bag so we know it’s in there. Then take him out for the punch shot. You don’t even see the baby when he punches the bag. Why is it in the bag?!!

I admit I was shocked when that scout trooper punched The Child(baby Yoda) and I was a little pissed off,but I also know that thing is a puppet(evidently a VERY expensive puppet) and that guy was just playing a part..I know alot of people got REALLY mad at that guy for punching baby Yoda,but like he said it was in the script..The Mandalorian is great TV but it's a show,so please relax everyone who got very pissed at baby Yoda being punched ok?And besides,RG-11 messed those troopers up before him and The Child took off so it was like their Karma visited them for harming cute little baby Yoda..those scout troopers got theirs HAHAHAHA 😂😂😁😁

Here's what I don't get about those scenes. You don't actually see Baby Yoda in the shots where the troopers punch him, do you? They just punch the bag. So why was the stupid-million-dollar puppet in there? Why not have a random beanbag doll or something, with maybe a replica of Baby Yoda's head in case the flap comes up in the wind or whatever, and swap that for the puppet in the shots where they punch him? Then put the puppet back in for the shots where you can actually see him?
