But im trying to get to my best point and ive surprised myself at just how much you can out work genetics. If you have enough willpower to get lean enough, you can look good. Hey Connor, thanks for the message in the middle of video. I’ve been been struggling with body dysmorphia for a while now and I’ve been really beating myself over it. My partner has always told me that no matter how I look he still loves me but I always thought it was just sugar coated. Now I realize what he meant, he fell with me because of who I am, hell I didn’t even show him my body for a while. Thanks Connor, I really needed this right now.
