@@AdamJBell Can't you just make up scenarios? :D But being honest about it. I think it would fit your humor/content quite well if you go pretend apartment hunting for your cottage core loving hipster friend or whatever :D And then show apartments that fit a certain aesthetic like lofts in this case. I just want to see more of these videos haha But of course only if it's not also extra trouble for the realtors who show you around. But on the other hand they could get some exposure and you're also sitting right at the source 🤷‍♀

love love love lofts! Hard lofts is what gets you exposed everything and is usually in an old building that use to be a factory or something else while ago but renovated which gives them more value and uniqueness which also makes them more expensive. Soft lofts give you few things exposed and higher ceilings, usually in newer buildings, some in older ones.

I want to let you know that the loft opposite Wendy's is actually in Mt Pleasant, not Kits. Mt Pleasant's borders stretch from Cambie Street to Clark Drive and from Great Northern Way and 2nd Avenue to 16th Avenue and Kingsway.

Hey Adam! Just as a heads up, I believe that place that you saw in Mount Pleasant is cheaper because it's known to be a leaky condo.

I made it my dream to live in Vancouver or somewhere nearby since watching your videos years ago, I got an internship and lived in Surrey for 9 months and the island for 3, I was downtown Vancouver practically everyday after work and I loved checking out all the places you recommended, I’m back home in Edmonton now and I wanted to thank you for inspiring me in the first place to move :) now I have a lot of friends in the lower mainland and am welcomed back anytime

I currently live in Vancouver, and make decent money. But I'm trying to decide if 700k for a studio is worth it, or if I should move to another city. Such a though choice. (I also need a remote setup like you for work, desk, monitors and all).

Interested in this series. Wondering what apps you use to scan for new listings? Currently using Zillow but the sqft cutoff is 500 or 750 which doesn't capture the 600-700 range I'm interested in.

Thanks Eric, may just be the start of a good one 🤞Personally, to scan in a broad sense, i use home spotter. And then when I want more details I use the Realtor MLS, Multiple Listing Service. I usually put my clients onto home spotter, and when they need more details they tell me to get to work 🤣
