German mechanic for a car company starting with "A" here. There's a lift mode you need to engage in the infotainment (under the service tab) before you lift the car, otherwise the air suspension might be toast, especially when you turn on the ignition while the car is still in the air.

Yo Adam in Germany we can use the same program to lower it. There should be a "show Mode" where the bags let all the air out. You can still drive in that show mode but just at a slow slow slow speed like walking speed. But looks nice tho. And you can Park it in the show mode like a car on airlift. So if you open the door to get in and drive it sets the height automatically in your driving hide
