When I have pomp length hair, I always blowdry it completely dry, flat iron it, then use product. It's how I'd always have it looking the best and getting the most compliments. When I'd put product in then blow dry, I'd look flat, crunchy, and just blah and boring no height or volume.

Why did you cut your hair so short? The pomp is nice but no slicked sides and back.
