they travelled the island of java from west to east to make this video and collect samples of sound that are used in the music and also worked with local musicians across the island. there’s a whole documentation /travel video of behind the scene on eka gustiwana’s channel, The Sound of Java if i’m not mistaken :)

I was attracted to an old woman in a shawl and chanting a chant like a spell. That seems 'ngejung', so he should be a man dressed as a woman (like Remo's art). Contrary to the art of wayang orang, where Arjuna is always played by a woman. Interesting fact huh?! :) But strangely, the sentence looks like Sundanese? So I searched the BTS; and it turns out... it's pandalungan art! Lol, my own county (Jember). Unfortunately shooting at Papuma beach can't be done. One of the best beach views in Indonesia. It's also a shame that BTS "Tersimpan di Hati" has not received much reaction. Because the journey is actually extraordinary.
