As kids, we were listening to all Essential Mixes on BBC Radio 1. A few weeks ago, BBC asked us to contribute a 2 hour mix to this legendary collection. For us, it's an absolute highlight and a personal dream that now came true. You can imagine how proud we are to be given the opportunity to work on this. We started the mix really slow before moving more towards what you can usually expect from our DJ sets at clubs and festivals. We played a lot of new and unreleased music from friends and artists we love, there's some upcoming material from our label TAU, some of our own tracks, including 'My Computer feat. Glowal', and a remix for Josh Wink's 'Higher State Of Consciousness' that will come out as a limited vinyl-only edition in September, as well as a remix from an old DAF track we created exclusively for this mix. If you'd like to hear more, then you should mark August 31 on your calendar, which is when our Essential Mix will be aired on BBC Radio 1
