Thanks for an amazing tutorial video. Could you please advise what should I do when there is an excess composite interproximally? any strips you recommend?

Best to avoid excess with proper use of wedges but if you find excess use Sof-Lex strips carefully without damaging the tooth structure.

thank you so much for this video , I have a question, when using the soflex at the interface between the composite and the tooth, is it okay for the soflex to be in contact with that portion of tooth? Is there a chance of also removing some enamel when polishing using soflex? Whenever I polish my class 4’s I try to avoid it contacting the tooth but then I still have some excess at the interface between the tooth and composite, sorry if this is a silly question, I’m a student and struggle with this

Thank you for this truly helpful tutorial. For some reason I never get enough 'tooth' bulk palatial and when I try to add more composite it becomes very difficult to smooth this addition. Do you have any advise? Do I place the mylar strip in a wrong way? Thank you for your help.

check the transparent strip contour before you put the composite, it should be well contoured to give some bulk in the marginal ridge area and depressed on the fossa area

whenever i try to match the lingual ridge of the class4 tooh i usually get excess interproximally at the junction of tooth and restoration and thats becomes impossible to remove.
