Brav first time in a local dojo I went after coming back from London studies me being used to people around my kgs and body type 70-80 normal humans I enter the class and I was like a rag doll😅. All good. Is got seriously out of hand and in reality 80% you don't learn nothing. He has to juice though, I get that his opponents are too but it invalidates any progression he would've otherwise made naturally. When you take PED's and can hold your breath longer, run farther, gain strength and speed, improve reaction time, etc. ADCC would be legit if it drug tested
