ADCC Austin match three in +100 KG division. This was a quick match transitioning from standing to mount from mount to back then to mount again I wanted to submit my opponent with a back triangle or a mounted triangle however, settled for a smother as you can see I wasn’t too proud of afterwards. the arm bar was staring me in the face. I’ve never done one before more drilling more practice more training, higher IQ at the next ADCC I will be finishing arm bars.
