Does anyone else think it’s a little ridiculous for non finals (or large stage) matches to not stop the fight if it goes out of bounds? Seems kinda silly.

Very however for the most part since this isn’t a wrestling match it’s not too dangerous however if it’s on the feet they need to stop it and put it back in the center don’t need to see someone double legged into the spirit realm

Grappling on the carpet just looks unprofessional, maybe implement stalling/fleeing action calls like wrestling? Why was the conclusion to let athletes grapple out of bounds where alot of dangerous things can happen?

Going off the mat is really a dumb structure. The second a person steps out of bounds (whether because they were pushed or not), their opponent should receive a point and immediately restart back in center. That’ll force action inside, forcing players to start turning corners, and prevent a lot of retreating.
