I own one too and it’s mint. It’s basically new old stock…used only a few times and then put away in its original packaging.

Well if you have P.A. and other band equipment you definitely should be using it.

I stand corrected I've seen these for sale on eBay for just under $100 and if you buy one it will be money well-spent I guarantee it.

I got one at a flee market cheap and sorry for my ignorance but what is the small Cord for.

Well if you see on the back there's many different Outlets. there's switched and unswitched And different delay times. The longer the delay the more the power conditioning. so they're basically separate circuits. The two different plugs are basically just the two different power sources for the two sides of the unit.
