So apparently the creator said this about it with the current mk8 update so this explains why it won’t work maybe someone can think of a workaround: These mods need to be loaded through the Wii U plugin system (WUPS), not SDcafiine. WUPS is an .elf homebrew. Aroma can't read .elf homebrew. In theory it can be converted to be Aroma compatible, and a few people have claimed they'd take a stab at such, but thus far, nothing has materialized from this as I'm aware. Which is why it has to at this time be loaded through Tiramisu or earlier cfws. Trying to straight up inject data in the game will work fine for surface level SDcafiine kinds of mods. But this mod expands upon the code of MK8, so injecting like that is never gonna work unless maybe we get the MK8 source code via a decomp or something like that. This was designed for MK8 before the latest update that fixes online, so don't make that update, or if you did, find a way to downgrade to the previous version. I'm sure the original creator of the adapted plugin here could update the code to make it work with the latest version (I personally wouldn't know exactly what to do in this regard), but he kinda disappeared and I don't really wanna go track him down and bother him over this, especially since this isn't even really meant for online and Wii U online will officially be ending in a few months anyway. Okay, so I did the process, everything went well, until one thing unexpectedly happened. For some reason, after importing a 100% save for MK8, the game wouldn’t even make it past the black screen where the engine sounds play. What could I have done wrong?

Hi Scott! I need help, when I go to the disc channel it juts freezes on the mario kart 8 screen and makes the car noises. I tried this on both aroma and tiramisu, please help 🙁 (I really need this since pretendo reset my stuff)

I kept trying wouldn’t work it’s a USA copy tried it with and without DLC made no difference. And tried reinstalling MK8 to see if I could avoid updating the game but it forces you to update and won’t let you launch The game until doing so. Does it possibly have something to do with it being a older save file on a different version? I’m scratching my head on this one

Hi @FunkyScott47, I got a certain Saves to work which is Star Fox Zero but the others I just can't seem to get yet which are Yoshi's Woolly World and I'm about to do Super Mario 3D World but I have a question what if the Saves rar file doesn't have the code folder and a common folder but it worked for my Mario & Sonic Game even without a common folder?

Hello, I need some help. A few years ago I had an NNID that I played with a lot. And not long ago I formatted my entire Wii U console.This deleted my save data for all games on the NNID, but the NNID itself was not deleted. This means if I log in with my old NNID and then e.g. Splatoon start then all my data is gone. And unfortunately I didn't make a save like I did here with SaveMii. Is there a way to get my save data back? Through the existing Network ID? So can I still find it somehow and get it back or is this save data gone forever?

Before you guys can even ask, yes you can use a usa file on a europe or japanese game

Red somewhere on gbatemp, that common folder not required when importing new save. I saved my own common folder and only replaced user folder. Everything seems to work fine.

Hello, i just played trough Twillight Princess and wanted to back up my Save with SaveMii. But when i try to back it up, it says that there is no save for my user. Next to my username it says "empty". Wind Waker for example is working fine. It says "has save" next to my name. Any ideas why this is?

Hi! I have a question. Every time I try to save the date with the common save it says that there is “No Save found for this user” but every time I try to save WITHOUT the common save it works just fine with no error. What do I do about this?

It worked when I wiped and loaded the 100% save file but when I went in the game it didn't even wipe the save data
