I want to pair the aircondition with my cellphone. I do the steps, it beeps twice but it doesnt show CF and the phone does not find it. Display/ECO is combined on the remote, i use this method and i am connected to 2,4GHz wifi. What is the problem?

CF not showing, any fix for this? Bought the mei2 series due to its wifi capability but I am not able to use this feature. Tried to contact support they cannot provide any answer to fix this.

Push 6 times no more then 8 sec. Do it fast

Had the same problem.First make sure to choose 2.4 ghz wifi band on your phone in case you also have 5 ghz.Next press six times to enter cf but in case cf doesn't show up continue setup like you don't care😂I did that and manage to setup my ac again

Is there any way I can connect to the wifi without using the remote? Is there any option I can press from the button of the ac itself so I can connect it to my wifi? I think I broke the remote.

Hello! Help me please! I have a problem controlling my air conditioner from the app. The air conditioner suddenly stopped turning on/off via the app for no reason. Also, other control functions do not work, such as selecting temperature, mode, blowing direction, etc. At the same time, if the on/off timer is configured in the application, it will work and the air conditioner will turn on/off. I turned off/on the air conditioner, router, phone. I reinstalled the application and reconnected the air conditioner to Wi-Fi, it connects perfectly with the application! But that’s all, the controls just stopped working! What could it be?

Hey...i have the same problem... it also started today...I can only control the AC via remote control...In a way I'm glad that it's not only me and this make it their fault...also done all your steps

Same...I "activated" it by being away from home and wanted to put the generator mode on and there was no more the option...imagine my suprise when I got home and the AC wasn't working at all
