Make it be able to mount different turrets(Rocket launchers,high caliber guns, your autocannon, and maybe a version without the turret and just a machine gun like on the humvee for a repair/towing version, also mount a spotlight on the turret

you are such a good builder! i love the IFV its a little big but stormworks has a weird scale, and if the IFV is finished make diffrent variants, like a anti air and a command centre etc.

Don't know if it will be better but when I make smoke screens I use solid rocket boosters with no thrust they last for a while and can move with the creation

10:53 there is a video switch block in microcontroller logic, you need a 1x3 microcontroller with 2 video feeds and a input to switch and just connect them, its really simple

That's some crazy ideas Frantic. If you want to simplify landing you could use some sort of shock absorbing structure (Ive used it a lot with unmanned probe landers and rovers). I could show you if you want, but it works well, takes not much space, It can be nice if you don't overuse it.

I love how in the air it leans forwards and in the water I leans backwards, you just can't have a perfectly balanced vehicle

Please, just try white chaff, since smoke grenades on tanks just do a single burst of smoke, and chaff probably will. Edit: Also make the gunner's camera Infrared, as he doesn't need to be able to see colour, he needs to see what he's shooting at.

Using chaff makes more sense than using flares. Also far less annoying.
