So what about the ones who suffer from mental illnesses and don't commit acts of violence?

so? who cares? bottom line is he's GOOD at it. he's beaten charges of violence several times before and he can do it again, especially with a good lawyer.

I'm more concerned about him talking to the police without a lawyer. That, along with his mental state, could be the grounds of something. Then again, he's not getting out no matter what he does

why not? he's been charged with violent acts before and he got them dismissed several times.

Open jails then and call them mental hospitals then that are max security. And stop letting them out .

Hundreds of thousands of people around this country take SSRIs every day without doing what he did. In fact, most of the time, even people with severe disorders like schizophrenia are more likely to be the VICTIMS of violent crime. Daniel Callihan may have a mental illness and he may have been an addict, but he knew right from wrong and that makes him responsible for his actions.

True and Being multiple, aka having DID or MPD doesn t make you kill of make you dangerous

@@abbyrivers9971 Correct. Those disorders get a stigma due to their portrayal in film, but it is often inaccurate in its depiction and gives a false impression of danger. Many people with disassociative disorders, DID or others, are nonviolent and work very hard to be well and functional in their day to day lives because disassociative disorders are typically developed due to abuse or trauma experienced by the people who develop them.
