We've been making a survival meets automation game called Atrio: The Dark Wild in the Unity Game Engine for the last 4 years. It's kind of like factorio meets don't starve, maybe a little bit of Minecraft, and it's finally coming out on Steam January 10. And don't forget, if you buy the game on release, you'll get the live laugh love item! Don't miss out.

Bro you look like you came straight out of development hell. I got a panick attack the day before I launched my game that was so bad I went to the hospital because I thought I would die... So keep a level head during the next 48 hours. Whatever happens, happens. It will be normal to not be able to sleep before launch day. Congratulations on getting this far. Best of Luck, Julian.

Does it use Unity DOTS/ECS?

It does not! They introduced ECS when we were mid development (and it wasn't very stable), so we opted to not. ECS would require us to completely re-write our system.
