Thank you, I really love your videos....I don't think people ( who view your videos) realise how, if they left a comment, would help your KZfaq algorithm ....little price to pay for such an informative video!

Wow I was so surprised today I have found more of your videos from months ago. I have made layered flowers using this same technique but I sprits a little water on the back just to make them a little more app-liable, love the idea of the foam tape I. The back of the flowers ❤

A midst of water does sometimes help when adding dimension to certain makes of cardstock, others mould more easily. The dampening loosens the fibres in the paper allowing them to move more easily.😊

Wonderful!! I’m sure here in the US there are many companies that sell dry embossing tools, but Heartfelt Creations specializes in shaping their stamped images. They sell a complete kit that has different interchangeable stylus tool sizes plus a foam mat all included in a convenient storage box. Thank you so much for your talents!!

Hi Christine, just found you on KZfaq - and I love the tips, and I LOVE your wonderful refined English voice! Lovely Chris, so enjoy your videos. I also love your card design style. Am still waiting for my C and P dies I ordered weeks ago- am thinking they will be here soon as I am not on the continent. Can't believe I lived in Germany for 30 years and found so few places, and now they seem to have such lovely companies to order from. I love the European style. Have a great weekend.

I love the European style too, I hope your dies come soon... I think they've probably been quite busy with all the orders from the CAS card making group.

I was hoping you would show the background on the card ... what you used and how you did it... is there another video where you show that? As ever, thanks for sharing!

That process is in several of my videos, it's simpler embossing paste spread through a stencil with a little Glamour Dust added! (Ultra fine glitter)

I enjoy your videos and almost always learn something. I wish you would include a project list or say what you are using though. I have spent lots of time searching for items that are not available in the US or have been discontinued. For instance, what are the dies you used on the completed card? They look a bit like snowdrops but I can't find them. Thank you.
@Chrissieannie2 жыл бұрын
The flowers are by Alexandra Renke. I make cards not to promote specific items or brands, but cards which please both me and the recipients. There are often similar items to those used still available and unlike when I was designing for a magazine, I'm not limited to using products which are readily available. When I blog my cards or add them to the Clean and Simple Card Making Facebook group, I try to always mention the sources of the products if I can.

I just listened to Amy rave about this method so I came for a look lol….can you do this principle if you stack two or three together to make them thicker ?
@Chrissieannie Жыл бұрын
I often stack dies, you'll see that in lots of my videos, but moulding things like flowers and leaves with an embossing tool makes a real difference!
