A well prepared speech on internal and global issues. Like the positioning of economic scaling of shared responsibilities and the realism on the impact of environmental disasters. Dr Ali and the Ghanian President are very good representatives for breaking the colonial cycle and quelling the perception of developing nations.

Yes, Guyana should develop their own natural resources in a sustainable way and forget what the rest of the world thinks. They should also move to an open and free market system to encourage more foreign investment..
