We started taking our cat out for walks and I think it’s best to build up the amount of time they are being taken out , we started by just wrapping our cat in a coat and carrying her while on the lead to allow her to get use to it . I think is best to learn what makes them stressed while out and build them up to getting use to it :))) my cat was also sooooo resistant on walking while on the lead it’s so funny XD

Yeah and also, if you can, go to a quiet place with not too many Cars. Cats are not like dogs, so they are often scared to go on a walk, however they most likely get used to it.

how is it funny that your cat doesnt want to do something youre forcing it to do? cats are not dogs, you are not supposed to take them for walks.

@@hopecaulfield You can take them on walks, however not like you take dogs, thats why I made the comment about going to a calm place without cars. Just because they refuse at first doesn't mean that they wont like it when they get used to it. However not all cats like going on walks, so definitely people shouldn't force them!
