She simply is the best artist/singer of our generation! Her high notes are so gracefully executed, most singers would thin out, but Adele maintains the grit, power, richness, and buttery tone in those high belts! I just love the thickness and enormous sound that Adele can produce! This album really gravitated towards a new era in Adele's life (compared to 21 and 25), which I enjoyed as this album didn't seem as repetitive compared to her previous albums!! Her songwriting skills are amazing and underrated as well, we should praise her more for this!!

And also much more power and amplification behind her vocal cords unlike and I respect Taylor Swift, but Adele has the amplifier and engine behind her voice, Taylor swift lacks some horse-power to hold it up though the confidence and style/swagger/talent to make up for it. This is truly that one song which I wish was longer. It reminded me of my mother. She's currently 53 and got divorced 13 years ago, when I was 7. She's done everything for me, and by saying that I mean literally everything. There were times when I was acting like a brat but she still showered me with her unconditional love. She fell in love but ignored that feeling for my sake, saying she wanted her attention to be fully focused on me. There's no way I could ever return all the love she's given me through the years. My mother's a real hero. The strongest woman I've ever known. I just wish she'd focus on herself now that I've grown up. She deserves all the wonderful things in the world.

I love that this is a song that asks someone to try to see why you are claiming yourself again after being immersed in their world at the expense of your own happiness. I think it's quite clever that it seems to be asking forgiveness not only from another, but also somehow captures how sometimes we feel we have to forgive ourselves for putting ourselves first. At least that's how I interpret it. Beautiful both musically and lyrically.

The way she looked at the end was so heart wrenching, you could almost read her mind and feel the emotion with her. Lets not forget the symbolism of it going from black and white to color. In the beginning it seemed so familiar, just like I had always remembered her videos from my childhood, then halfway through it goes into color, meaning she finally has clear vision, knows right from wrong, and has grown up. This song like all her songs are written perfectly. Lyrics are so meaningful with so much of life and soul to it. There’s only one Adele and only she can sing her songs cos her signature voice is simply irreplaceable .

For many people, moving and settling into different places and homes is a significant life event for them. Building one, even, can be a significant life event. I guess Adele's three songs symbolize three different stages of her life that revolve around that same house.
