But she does both kapalbhati also and pranayam also as many times possible . About 3 weeks me halka fark nazar aane laga tha , aur saath me homeopathy bhi karti hai kyunki aise exercise ko adaat me daalne me bhi time lagta hai . With every minor viral or cold or any allergen ( various ways of getting infected thr nasal passage ) kids nasal passage gets blocked & maybe, adenoid gets infected/inflamed - resulting into blocked nose, snoring & breathing issues at night & so, normal medicines dont work unless antibiotic is given becoz only that will cure adenoid infection if any. & to my knowleddge, sprays like avamys only help to reduce size of adenoid & not frequent infection that goes to adenoid with every viral/bacterial/allergen infection in nasal.

@@navin69728 she's not fine and can't even go to school. A friends child also adenoids and she used some nasal drop and it helped, so I've gone to buy it too and I'm praying it works on my daughter too.

@@venceslavakcr1236 Nasal drops will have steroids we cant use it for long time, so my suggestion is try homeopathy and ayurvedic also, and pranayam with phyisical exercises try , from last one mnth my son is working on this night times he stopped snoring gradually , but we can't stop this process we have to do it for long time until kids become strong immune power , need to drink more water and have to sleep more time so many habits need to change

If chest is clear but still coughs then it's sinus infection. And coz my pediatrician didn't give me any antibiotic saying chest is clear, it aggravated to enlarged adenoids. Though her chest was clear but she was sufffering from sinus infection. So pls get your kid on antibiotics after prescription from some other doctor.
