The chaos. The mess. The relatability. I love it 😂

I just got through the herculean task of sorting and putting away the clean clothes that have been living on not one, but two, chairs of doom for far too long. I carried you around with me on my phone, and took some dance breaks during the instrumental sections. So thank _you_ for keeping _me_ company!

Once I get to the "mess phase" I totally unravel! I can't find the motivation to go on and give up. Then the mess stays there for months until I get around to cleaning it up. Just cleaning it up, not finishing whatever project it was that created it. You should so proud of yourself for finishing this massive undertaking!!!

Let me tell you, thanks to you, I got tested. It explains SO MUCH of the past 54 years on this planet. I took your series tracker and I ran with it. I followed your series tracker setup, but then I added additional tabs for my monthly reads. Then I realized that I had no idea what I had in my library after seeing you do your massive declutter, so I did one of my own and I gave away books that I had no intention of reading again (or ever). What followed was a meticulous cataloging of my remaining books and sorting them by genre in that same spreadsheet. It very much was a “if you give a mouse a cookie” situation, but the results have been so refreshing, rewarding and pleasing. I no longer look at my shelves and groan, but rather I look at books that I can SEE now with a desire to read them. So all the beautiful colors for you, lovely!! The way I want to reorganise all my shelves now too, but if I do that I might also cry. I am impressed that you managed to do this while also filming too because that is such a TASK. End result looks gorgeous though

Indeed, it does matter ;). As an autistic person i understand completely. Your library looks great :). For the trolley. I used that anti-slip plastic ikea sells for (kitchen) shelves. It’s transparent and easy to clean. In case :). I wish you many fantastic hours in your library.

Not only do I get some ideas for how I'd like to decorate my own shelves but it gives me motivation to actually tackle the project that I've been putting off for... well, let's not bring numbers into this. I completely understand the ADHD struggle bus when it comes to organizing your library. I switched to reading E-Books back in 2012 and so my book collection is now over 4000 books and I get to keep them all!!! I would say that I have probably actually only read 1/3 of these books at the bare minimum!! I have also learned that I am more addicted to BUYING books than I am to READING books. About Agatha Christie - I LOVE Hercule Poirot, I like Tommy and Tuppence, I detest Miss Marple and I have not read any standalones. Love that nice colorful stripy top you are wearing at the end.
