first of all i know city keeper and a local proffessional they both do not where finger protection because of these injuries may occur and i never said anything about making perfect saves or land fingers towards ground im a GK myself for a pro club academy i just use sense to know that if you even have decent fingersave it can snap if a ball is hit hard enough thats all im saying P.S. i ride a motorcycle and i have crashed this sentence is of no relevance as i never even talked about.

right think about it, when the ball hits your fingers not the hands just the ends or the fingers, the fingers go back, when doing this they push the fingersave making them bend and appart from ortho tech post fingersaves are pretty shit, so when they are puished bach they snap, my mate had adidas gloves with fingersave and as soon as they went back they snapped and these wornt cheap gloves they were pro ones and the snapped there a load of shit and make the glove heavier aswell.
