Best suggestion is to go Full size up because half size up feels snug.
It is still safe to half size up but it will be very snug.

Thanks so much for your post Fresh. Was on sale at USD87 and i ordered one size up. Perfect! I wore the 22 at half size up and needed to remove the insole. Full size up and I can now wear it with insoles. Thanks so much.

Nice review, Mr. Fresh. I tried on the new UB 23 (LIGHT) in my local Adidas store; ran on the new treadmills they are now putting in some Adidas stores and WOW!!! I walked out with a pair in each colorway. A dramatic improvement to the BOOST line. Nawa'y mapalad ka, Mr. Fresh.

Boost midsole getting thicker and thicker, good thing they made it lighter. UB 21/22 already have thick boost midsole.

Nice kuya always with the fresh 🔥 just got one with light up(green yellow) boost. Its quite hard to put on 😂 i think i need to one size up for easy put on

-I remove insole in 21 for a better fit. -Go 12 and half in 22
