and welcome back to the full in-field review of the all-new STRAPLESS Adidas X Pro! The latest brand new glove model from the team @adidasFootball with a new twist on the strapless technology that is sure to convert some nonbelievers!
The X Pro is nothing like its older predator brother with a whole new backhand, latex and wrist insert the X is literally a whole new strapless goalkeeper glove, with a negative cut that has NO ROLLED THUMB which means a very difficult time catching the ball when it has nastier spin.

I used to be an Adidas glove nerd when the 2018 predator pros were the main model, but since the removed the strap, I’ve tried the new Uhlsport absolutegrips and supergrips and those have been way better for me than the new preds

A really good trick that I use is to spray glove glu on the back of the thumb area, where latex would normally be, and put some on the back of the fingertips if it’s really bad conditions.

I hope adidas take this ultra-light strapless tech and leave it with the X model. But continue the Adidas Predator line how it used to be, the best on the market.

tbf from what i saw and what i tried adidas x are wayyy better than predators( about gloves) thats just my opnion but yeah

Nice Review! I was a huge Adidas Fan and the predator hybrid‘s was my fav glove for a long time. Sadly they are in such a cheap build quality that I join Uhlsport again and i‘m in love with them🙌🏼 the X has no Chance ...

Never mind the pros having most of their gloves with rolled fingers and thumbs. Practically all the pros have straps on their models. But not us mere mortals. 🙄

These new x models are filling the lower end of the Adidas range, cant expect much of them. I love some of the higher end predator models - which have rolled fingers and straps - this is what the pros are wearing you speak of. Get your hands in some of the pro ultimates or the hybrid range and give them ago instead! Highly recommend!

Hey Alberto I have had these gloves for about a month or two and I LOVE them. I really like the negative cut style and the back hand. I would definitely recommend these.

I buyed the adidas predator mutator eith fingersave The biggest cone by me is that when uho inside everything is OK but later the wrist is getting a little bit lose

Do you wash your gloves? My problem when Washing my gloves is that they are still wet after 5 days and can’t wear them, what should I do differently? I put a towel inside the gloves and wrap them in a towel.

always wash em! I recommend keeping the hanging up on a hanger so it can drip dry a little quicker
