May be fault in PCH Because After PCH requirement full fill, PCH received RSM reset signal Then PCH send the signal SLP_S4 & SLP_S3 . After KBC geting signal SLP_S4 & SLP S3, He will generate the Main on# , Susp# ... Signal then MB Will On.....

Q1901 aur G1901 p 3.3v check karo jo cpu heat sink k niche hote h cpu ki opposite side yani jis taraf cpu h uske dusri side m lohe ki patti k niche

Check the super io _pin number-108 is 3.3v ,if it is 0v thats the problem (PM_SLP_SUS#) and check the Q1701 ic is good or bad

sir iam new subscriber my laptop dell 3542 i5 5th gen without graficcard my problm is hdd and odd not detected voltage comes drive open and close harddisk is spining but its not detected (rx tx) not showing any voltage plz tel me solution .

Could be ur cpu damaged ! Possible may be may not be ! Try to check caps in the line !

I got solution for this case study. I will give hint only. In this case don't heat cpu or entire motherboard. Try to find all voltages till RSMRST. In this case there is a problem in voltage level. Hint is focus on 3/5 Ic and its relative signals and components.. You will get solution..

man i tried everything on the board and can't find a solution, i replaced all the components that might be faulty, it turns on for a second,the fan spins but it's not staying on...i get 5.2V on 5 V rail, and can't find a solution...

@@Aditya11ttt maybe all ok signal from lvds circuit to feedback to cpu gpu. Are voltages on ram and other supplies switching on? Also what about fan speed feedback

@david ujcic That all points secondary!! The first thing is board should switch which is not switching than we will look for lvds fan speed etc ...

@@Aditya11ttt but maybe the board does switch on for a tiny amount of time but goes back to off state quickly because the feedback signals are not there. Have you fixed this yet? Or are you still looking for solution?
