Get rid of distractions Daily study for 6-8 hours with focus No distractions 1. Switch off your phone 2. Delete IG and other social media apps(use browser if necessary for YT) 3. Hard work > Visulaisation 4. Pyaar Mohabbat Dhoka hai- padhle beta mauka hai!

To people who can't focus because of breakup, rejection, failures or any other life issue...you will feel Pain...you would have tough time dealing with those things bcoz you are human...but you always need something to hold on In difficult situations so why not hold on to your work. Do your work with honesty & dedication..& do activities you love.

Sir i already deleted all the social media apps I used to use, I sacrificed all my pleasures and everything which was distracting me from my goal, I had 14K+ followers on my Instagram I used to write quotes and poems but for my dream I gave up Everything. what i also wanted to add in his list of eliminating distractions is MEDITATION. just sitting in a room, with straightened back, closed eyes, and doing absolutely nothing also offers a high amount of plus points to our lives. its very very crucial to organise and add/delete thoughts in our mind, and i can make it possible through meditation. its been only a month since i meditated, and the change i am seeing in me is absolutely shocking. i am shocked myself. there's been so many apps to eliminate distractions like forest, bla bla bla, focus mode and stuff, but NONE OF THOSE APPS BEAT MEDITATION IN MY OPINION. btw, Aditya Sir is very real and honest always, and what he has said worked for me too. I tried what he said, it really deepened my focus even further! thank you sir, for such insightful videos, and for portraying such realistic approaches for problems in daily life. thank you, really. 💖✨

What I feel about phones is that we can replace our phone addiction with something else like non academic books , ofcourse whenever we're free , as books give us delayed grattification which us healthy for us!!
