Adjusting your rear suspension for how you’re riding is quick and easy. I find at the dealership, many people are still looking for the air valve for the rear air shocks. No longer!
This adjustment is on every touring bike that Harley has produced since 2017. Road Kings, Road Glides, Street Glides, and full dressers!

Pro-Action Shocks solves the sag, pre-load, ride quality, and rebound -- as all are adjustable. Changed out the air from my 2015 RG Ultra CVO and love it.

I have the 2023 street glide, and it's the worst suspension on any Harley Davidson product I've owned in my 48 years of owning them.

I weigh 220lb and even on 0 these shocks are to stiff, it doesn’t even move when I sit on the bike. It’s like riding a rock change shocks these are to stiff

I put the 2017 & up shocks on my 15 road king. I weigh 200 lbs solo seat set on 0 way to stiff I hit bumps on the highway & back wheel leaves the ground & knocks of the cruise control. The shock were obviously made for 2 up riding.

I have this system on my Ultra. It Absolutely sucks. Should have left the air ride system. Always trying to improve on things and as usual screw up a good thing..

Man that stinks. I just upgraded from a 2014 road king to a 2021 road glide and love the new suspension.

Does this actually lower the ride height at all? I’m a short dude, so anything to drop me a down a little bit helps lol

No. There may be a little but it sag you’ll get but not much. Personally id recommend ac slim seat like the Saddlemen slim. The touring frame is wide and that’s usually more of the issue than actual seat height.

Do you adjust the shock on the other side also?

There’s no adjustment on the other side. Harley touring shocks only have one adjustable side.

My 2024 street glide has the spanner adjustment you use on the other side and the twist knob on the side he was on is for basically luggage up to 100 pounds.

Is the left shock adjustment knob somehow integrated to adjust the right shock as well ?

Nope only the left one can be adjusted. This is a primary reason I recommend upgrading your suspension to something like Ohlins or Legends.

@@michaelredlupino6528 yes. I get the Legends Revo A. The ones for $1K . Not the ones with the reservoir. I like them better than stock. Im not sure they are worth $1k.
