Tanks for the video, I have a 2016 XJ6N (FZ6R in Amerika) and my timing jumped by one tooth because of a stuck tensioner (I have the stock automatic one) which caused a loss of power. The bike runs fine but has no power at all. Tomorrow I’m gonna retime the engine and thanks to your video I now know how to measure and adjust the valves (I mean why now while I’m at it).

Bro I need help what if the fillers don’t fit at all I tired 0.04mm but didn’t fit and that’s the smallest they have what do I put for measured? For the equation ?

I like how showed to work clearly in every step of the equation, but your replacement shims are all smaller? I thought as they wear down they get smaller and you have to replace them with bigger shims, kind of like break pads. Am I missing something here? Thanks!
