I think Trump's statements regarding McRaven are foolish and needlessly divisive. From everything I've seen, McRaven seems like a fine human being. My ire here is reserved for MSNBC for not using an interview more productively.

Like the old saying goes, "If you never been to war, you don't know the true value of peace" I have met Adm McRaven once when I was a 1LT serving as a Battalion S3 seconded to a JSOC op, McRaven is the real deal, he is the kind of person who will lead from the front so that you know what you should do by watching him. Pretty sure if he is not th ranking officer leading the Capturing of OBL, he will go drag OBL off the compound himself.
