ডেলির পাস্ত্রামি তো হরমোন/মেডিসিন দিয়ে দ্রুত রান্না করা হয়। ক্যাটজ ডেলি বা ডেভিড'স এদের স্যান্ডউইচ এর দাম বেশি হবার আর একটা মূল কারণ হল এরা সিজনিং এবং রান্না ন্যাচারালি অনেক সময় নিয়ে করে।

NYC is full of diverse halal cuisines but not advertised at all. You should make a series of videos promoting those places.

That is the stock not a sauce brother. Also called Au Jus ( aa jhu.. French word). Corned beef means meat boiled in brine ( salted water with spices). Time consuming stuffs..not easy. In the south or south west brisket is used for bbq, smoked for 12 or 14 hours. Rub and wood used for smoke would differentiate the taste. Check out a Texas BBQ place in NY, you will have a totally new appreciation for meat ;).

Everytime the owner of the resto was touching his mask in wrong way and it look like its a old mask, the food might not be safe there, if that man has virus or something but the food looks good.. by the way in Montreal, Canada some resto they give way more meat then here.
