I think being lonely means she can keep herself. Maybe it also means that being with other people makes she stuck, comparing her ugliness to theirs.

So there’s a couple a ways explain “Loneliness is my gasoline” line, it just depends on how you want to take that line. How I took that line is this. If you don’t have any people who support you, or if you’re with people but you feel like the “odd person out” or just feel “stuck”, then mentally you just feel loneliness and everything I just said is adding to your loneliness which can equate to “fuel/gasoline”. Basically Ado is saying that she/the character she’s talking about is feeding alone and there’s so many factors that add to that loneliness. Another way you can look at it is loneliness can make or break someone. So by saying Loneliness is my gasoline is pretty much saying being alone is making her worse or she wants to strive to be better. It’s all your interpretation on how you take the line but for me personally on my reaction, I took it the first way.
