Ingredients:
* 93 grams pork belly
* 600ml water
* 2 heads of garlic (21 cloves)
*1/2 tbsp salt
* 1/2 c. oil ( canola or vegetable oil)
Optional
* 1/2 tsp. vegeta ( 1 knorr cube or any seasoning)

I remember Lolo adding a bit of vinegar, cracked black pepper, and bay leaf to the water. Thank you very much for this video. These were the Albay adobo basics that I'd long forgotten, oil splatter and all! I'll be cooking mine in a day or two. In any case, long before this quarantine is over.
