You could also leave the front mudguard off for a more stealth look, I feel like those dirt bike style mudguards immediately give it away

Sting R = iPhone 14 Pro Max XXX = iPhone 14 Pro The Sting R is the top of the line and XXX is the smaller budget version. Can’t really go wrong either way

Great Video! Hey can you tell me what is the bar end mirror bolt size? Is it 8mm or 6mm bolt for the bar end mirrors? Or does it require a 7/8” ~ 1-1/4” threadless hollow bar adaptor (inner 14-24mm)? Thank you so much bro!

The only issue I have with the Talaria Sting XXX is the battery placement and the fact that they are out of stock.

Idk about that, I just got to ride one of the new releases ones and she pops right up easy ! So easy it’s just so much better then the R it’s not heavy so holding it is nice

That’s wild man in all the other vids I’ve seen it dusted the other bikes… is that sting r modded or is it just rider weight difference maybe? Like to see that bike with a bigger sprocket or does it feel like it even needs it? I want one so bad but out of stock already 😩😑😢

The stinger r is good for a bigger rider but if your on the smaller size the xxx is the way to go

The 2999 is an introductory price they'll get more expensive soon enough so buy one soon they'll get shipments regularly just like they do woth the sting R. You gotta get it from Luna of you get the xxx from anywhere else it will be Grey amd it will be 4.5kw not 6.5kw and black like the is version.

It looks like the pedal kit drops the feet about 4 more inches. This would definitely be more comfortable to ride since the knee angle would place more weight on your feet than on your butt

You really don't meed pedals no one cares. A legal class 2 ebike has no pedals is throttle only but limited to 20mph just don't get caught going fast they really don't care tho

@@MotoAlias the pedals increase the distance from the seat to the pegs for comfort. I didn’t mention anything about needing them for legality purposes.

Does the xxx have the same hub width as the Sting R? Like would the 12” minimoto wheels for the sting r fit the xxx?

Im 6’1 and the fact that this bike is more affordable especially as i am only 17 and almost equal in power as well as the fact that i want the bike for street riding sounds perfect but will it be too small for me?

Has it overheated and went into limp mode? I'm hearing after a few minutes of full throttle it gets hot and shuts off for 10-20 minutes. Also, before charging you have to wait a half hour to charge it? And a half hour after charging to full, you have to wait a half hour to ride it?

I’m not sure about the shutting off part but the waiting to charge is because the bike has a built in temp thing for safety so the battery waits until it’s cool before you can charge it and most other bikes have this too

Kuya, I'm a big fan. Because of your vlogs I'm now interested in big bikes and such, and I am now planning to get my own motorcycle. It's just a China bike but I was thinking of getting the GPR 250 V2 from motor star. I know it's not the best but I want to experience bigbike looks and would love to buy a japan bike soon. You can remove it, but it's not a quick release. You'd gotta take the back wheel off. Not an apartment friendly battery removable bike. Run a power cord out the window I guess lol.

I have been looking at fat tire e-bikes for commuting mainly because I wanted a surron but I’m in college and don’t have 4500 to drop on an e bike lmao. But then comes along the talaria xxx at 3k when I was prob gonna spend around 2k on a fat tire e bike. Do you say the better option would just be to wait for them to restock the xxx and get that as a commuter since it’s a better bang for buck and I’ve always wanted a dirt bike style bike

Talaria’s and Surrons aren’t street legal so riding them on the street will be a risk of police taking them away from you check your local laws before making a decision

Can't go in with that mindset. Ur friends might b hating. I'm in NY my cousin rides with me and he has a surron, I ride a regular ebike. We pass by cops daily never no issues. But we don't drive like idiots either. Or I should say he doesn't drive like an idiot with it. As long as ur not being inconsiderate with the traffic should not really have issues with police. Stay in bike lanes whenever u can with it.

bike is $3000 + $300 for shipping and $450 for tax total out the door price is = $3750 for the bike alone. add in a few more hundred for all your gear and add ons :)

I genuinely think that masons points of the sitting geometry is an issue with this bike. The seat width is 4 inches wide which is half the size of a normal piece of paper. The foot peg placement needs to go down another inch. Other than those two glaring issues, if they had this in a gates belt drive for noise reduction, then it would be a perfect bike. Also these are still out of stock.

Looking for more of a proper trail bike, definitely go with the Sting R, plus you would better suit your frame. Now, if you are looking for a street bike, the 3x might suit you, but that's individual rider preference.
