ADOBONG PUSIT SA GATA (exact ingredients below)

Adobong pusit sa gata is one of my favorite variation of adobo. This version consists of coconut cream which adds more flavor to this dish. It is creamy and tasty compared to the original Adobong Pusit. Serve it while it's freshly cooked and perfectly paired with freshly-steamed rice.
Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
2 pcs of tomato
1 kg of squid
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
5 tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of sugar
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
3 tbsp of vinegar
1 cup of coconut cream
2 pcs of red chili
3 pcs of green chili
