nah, that's just the HS in the game (like still ingame, but not part of the actual song.) If you're hitting the keys too hard at that speed, your gonna burn out your fingers too quick too.

If you look closely at his keyboard, he's removed all but the keys essential to the game from this one; probably has a proper one offscreen for actual computer stuff. But without the surrounding keys its easy not to get confused
