Do you... not know what a polyrhythm is? What you've done here is changed the swing percentage Swing percentage and polyrhythm are two very different things. Swing percentage: What percentage of the beat the first half of the division takes up for example a skewed loop has either a swing percentage of 33.33..% or 66.66..% a normal square loop would have a swing percentage of 50% what you've done is changed the swing percentage in from 50% to 66.66..% Polyrhythms: As shown in the Neo Cosmos DLC, a polyrhythm is two beats of different tempos played at the same time, often times with simple ratios. Examples: 60 bpm and 90 bpm = 2:3 90 bpm and 120 bpm = 3:4 Using the term polyrhythm in this case does not make sense and does not explain what you have changed in the level.

close, its not about bpm though. it describes two different rhythms happening at the same time. for example you have 4 quarter beats in a bar and a triplet in a bar. thats 3:4 same goes for quintuplets and sextuplets: 5:6 same goes for halfs and quarters: 2:4 technically you encounter polyrhythm in neo cosmos (and earlier) but those 2:4 hold no significance as overlapping notes get played twice correction: notes that just play double, half, 4x times or etc the speed of original dont count so you dont ever encounter polyrhythm in the game outside of workshop

@@deadcactus Polyrhythm does not mean two rhythms playing at the same time. A polyrhythm describes two different tempos with a ratio which links them playing at the same time. The clock in Neo Cosmos uses a 2:3 ratio. My main point was that he describing a change in swing percentage as a change in polyrhythm and you could consider that correct if he meant a change from 1:2 polyrhythm to 1:3 polyrhythm but I don't believe that was his thought process when he titled the video.
