That's intentional. Taro has a version where it plays the rest of the meme but that's not in the actual game.

That's because it was inspired by WarioWare, which is made by the exact same dev team as Rhythm Heaven. Come to think of it, they sure seem to love fast-paced changing minigames.

@@givrally7634 Not only that! This entire DLC was led by TaroNuke of NotITG fame. This level is similar to quite a few of the levels he's made in his home games, StepMania and NotITG! Obviously, those levels were based off of similar concepts like Rhythm Heaven and WarioWare, but Taro has dabbled in these kinds of things before :)
