Meet Ned, a 9 years 1 month old Mixed Breed at KC Pet Project in Zona Rosa. In addition to his adoption fee being waived, Rosie Fund is sponsoring Ned by providing a Rosie Life Starter Kit, which includes a collar and leash, ID tag, food, treats, toy, and KCPP $25 gift card for other enrichment items.
Ned is one distinguished gentleman. He’s never met a stranger and he would LOVE to spend the rest of his life on a soft bed in his own home.
Ned recently spent the afternoon outside of the shelter with some volunteers: "A wonderful day we had with Ned; he is 100% a good boy! Our outing started at a park where we went for a walk and sat on a bench people watching. Ned walks on the leash easily, no pulling, just a nice steady pace. This boy loves people, but he really LOVES kids. When kids would walk by, he would try to pull toward them and his tail would wag like crazy. He was very nice with the kids that wanted to meet him.
Ned was found as a stray so, we don't know anything about his previous life. He would like to meet any potential canine siblings before heading home to make sure that it's a good match.
