actually i know the dragon mod they use the mod is called fairy dragons and you just need a morph mod aswell to morph into a dragon the fairy dragon mod adds the dragon and morph mod makes us morph into dragon

In this one they just found dragons skins and are in creative mode to fly and used a cape that looked like dragons wings and just used fireballs to breath the fire they weren’t using a mod but in other vids with mods Defintly YES!
