Great to see Adrian Dantley, here. He was indeed a tremendous scorer, and a winner. It took so much team building, year by year, to catch and surpass those Larry Bird Celtics. AD was going to score 20+, at a high shooting clip, and with consistent, hard-earned trips to the free throw line. I consider myself a die-hard Pistons fan, but at the time this whole story took place, my life as a 10 year old, some 20 miles away, didn’t catch my attention. Over 35 years later, I get to learn about this unusual, yet kinda beautifully touching, story of sportsmanship. Thank You

I'm old school as well. I never kissed a man on the lips. But I seen Russians and Italians. Greet each other with a kiss on the cheek. Lips is off limits

Adrian was and is a Good Guy . Isiah is a jerk . Did Adrian ever get a Championship in the NBA ?

No he didn’t sadly. A lot of people say his style didn’t equate to “winning basketball”, but he played on some awful teams most of his career. What’s really sad is 2 years ago the NBA made a list of top 75 players of all time and AD wasn’t even named on it.

Adrian was a scoring machine in HS, college and Pros. great Skill for a 6'5" forward . But he was on losing teams throughout his career- but really not his fault. He also was a loner , because he wasn't a party guy, Good for AD@@impulse_xs

Don't start that foolishness, there's been times likely that white men had their shoes stolen, what's the point in bringing that up for, unnecessary guy, come on you know better than that.
