Thanks for this great video on what to include on your Kickoff Meeting agenda. I agree that including ALL of these items and setting the tone for the entire project and how you will all work together should lead to a very comfortable working environment where everyone knows what to expect and what is expected of them. This will then lead to a successful project completion.

Beautiful, I'm going to start my first facilitator position next month and I'm trying to learn and brush up as much as I can for it happens. These videos help so much. The facilitator position I'm in is a cross between a project manager, engineer, and facilitator.
