I’m so happy to have found your channel!! I am actually not a project manager. Can you help me find any guidance on what SME expectations should be? I just watched another video and I believe I’m somehow acting as the Project Sponsor (leadership say if you need this application you manage getting it in place), the customer, the primary SME, and the Project Coordinator!!! I want to find what SHOULD be expected of me so that I can push back on this! 😊. Thanks!

Love this review of high-performing teams! Was anyone able to find the after-action review video? I searched for it on Adriana's YT page, but it didn't appear. Also, a good chance I overlooked it.
