Adrien Moignard is a guitarist mainly influenced by Django Reinhardt and Gypsy Jazz guitarists such as Bireli Lagrene, and many contemporary musicians such as George Benson, Pat Metheny, Wes Montgomery, etc. He is one of the leading guitarists in the new generation of Gypsy Jazz players.

I wondered for a while, if I just practiced 8 hours every day for one million years if I would be able to play like this, but no - I realize that I would not. Adrien is an incomprehensably good guitar musician. However, I am proud to be his friend.

Total Eclipse of everything that has come before(based on my very limited experience). It's strange to have struggled for forty years to learn and paly this music to see and hear some one with such facility and heart. If I were younger I might be envious but now, I'm just glad to listen and hear a new generation playing, really playing, the music I love.

He's just not afraid of disonances. Things I would think as "mistakes" if I played them myself. He masterfully puts them there.

on peut plus parler de jazz musette , ou de guitare manouche , que de jazz manouche .a t on déjà entendu du jazz manouche , si ce style existait , au sax , à la trompette ou au piano , non , donc guitare manouche , mais pas jazz manouche .
