Dressage riders often struggle with riding horses front to back vs back to front. In this video Adrienne Lyle works with a young rider at the Robert Dover Horsemastership Program to understand how to balance the connection, the forward and the straightness to correctly develop a balance frame and contact on a dressage horse.
This video was filmed in Wellington, Florida at the Global Dressage Festival. For more videos in this series make sure you subscribe!

Why is the rider moving her head so excessively?? Shoulders look stiff, hands need to be quieter.
