Love the video! I'm in Adult 6 right now, so a note about the backward stroking with crossover end pattern: it's pretty much like the forward version with stroking around the sides and crossovers at the ends, but it's backwards and more annoying because backward stroking is weird and I don't like it. Thank you!!!! I slightly thought this was what it was talking about but technically backwards stroking isn't recognized as a stroking pattern for any moves test. I think its so interesting they put this on adult 6 when it's never used again in the adult 21+ track lol
